3:30 5:00 Negotiation Skills Workshop
This hands-on workshop will give you the opportunity to work within small groups in a live, moderated workshop setting. Each group will be provided with a fact scenario ahead of the session with key points of negotiation. Negotiations will take place in breakout rooms with the same settings one would expect for an online-based negotiation (zoom negotiation).
Groups will be paired in a mock negotiation exercise with live feedback from moderators at the end of the session. This workshop is designed to provide new members to the technology law bar and those with limited experience in live negotiation with hands on experience with negotiating technology-based transactions.
